Why make it free?

Because understanding an EV battery should not require specialist access, expensive software or a wall of unexplained numbers.

Whether you are buying an EV, selling one, or simply trying to understand the car already in your driveway, the battery matters too much to remain a mystery. Many existing apps are built around a single model. Others expose plenty of raw data but make it difficult to see what actually matters.

I am building Ev Analyzer as the missing middle: a clear first answer for anyone, with professional-depth evidence for those who want to dig deeper. It is a one-person project shaped by real vehicles, voluntary anonymous comparison data, PID discoveries, testing and direct driver feedback. Every contribution can make the next diagnosis clearer for someone else.
